Too Much Omega-3?

by Gerra Nadimi
(Osage Beach, Mo.)

I am a non meat eater including no chicken. I do eat natural eggs and dairy, with omega 3 often added. I take flax seed and a fish oil supplement.

My brother followed my health habits for the most
part. However, he died of stomach cancer 2 years ago.

Could he have been getting too much omega 3's. I have recently read that too much can lead to reduced oxidation in the cells which can lead to cancer. Am I at risk. I also cook with either olive oil or coconut oil. Please advise.

Sincerely Gege
