Omega-3 Set Me Free

I began tracking my TGL in June 2004. It was 160 and remained between 140 and 175 through January 2009. April 2009 TGL was 157. I began a daily regimen of 1200mg of O-3 in May of 2009. It is one year later and my TGL is 106... over 30% reduction! I can only attribute this reduction to Omega-3.
