Omega -3 and Fibromyalgia

I developed fibromyalgia at age 50. I am now 59. I am very health conscious as I try to eat healthy foods. I began taking Omega-3 or fish oil capsules a few years ago. I increased my daily consumption to 6000 mg of fish oil daily for heart health.


I discovered that the inflammation I suffered from my fibromyalgia was "greatly" reduced when I took my fish oil (Omega-3) capsules daily.

Not only am I helping my heart health, I am reducing the pain caused from fibromyalgia inflammation as well.
