Bruising with Fish Oil

Be careful with Omega-3 supplementation. Too much can be very dangerous. I was taking a tablespoon per day and experienced major bruising which could mean I may have been at risk of brain hemorrhage. I read a study which listed that as a risk. 1/2 teaspoon (500 mg) per day is what the study recommended. To be on the safe side I'm going to take 500 mg every other day. Don't take my advice, ask your doctor. (Don't worry about me, I no longer bruise easily.)
